Your AIIA Committee in Queensland

Led by State Chairman, John Vickers, AIIA’s Queensland Committee members are a talented mix of people from the breadth of the state’s ICT industry. This week, we reveal what Zaff Bozkurt and Michael Duke bring to the Queensland Committee…

Zaff BozkurtZaff Bozkurt

Zaff Bozkurt is the Managing Director of Caimes Pty Ltd, an IT project management company delivering IT related professional services to clients via offices in Victoria and Queensland.

Zaff has more than 18 years of experience in the IT and business industries in business operations, business process design, financial management, project management, IT system design, IT integration, IT management and experience in sales. He has various IT related technical qualifications, a Bachelor in Computing, and a Masters in Business Administration.

As a large portion of his work has been based on long term contracts in the local government and the education sector, Zaff is particularly focused on ensuring that AIIA members can access these markets.

Zaff was invited to join AIIA’s Queensland Committee to ensure the Association continues to represent the interests of small-to-medium enterprises. “Joining the Committee is a fantastic opportunity to help improve the way SMEs access ICT – I’m looking forward to being part of the process of ICT evolution in Queensland.”

Mike DukeMike Duke

With more than 20 years of experience working for large organisations such as BHP and the federal government in strategic selling, consulting, relationship and alliance management, LogicaCMG’s Queensland State Manager, Mike Duke has much to offer AIIA’s Queensland Committee.

“Being part of AIIA’s Queensland Branch Committee enables me to participate in information sharing and the generation of ideas to improve the ICT industry in Queensland for both large and small companies and our collective customers,” Mike says.

Mike’s unique combination of conceptual thinking, business acumen, strategic selling, executive leadership record, strategic planning, process development, technology experience and his focus of IT for the sake of improved business outcomes, are all great assets to the Queensland Branch of AIIA.
