On Tuesday 11 October, two leading ICT marketing specialists will explore the many challenges faced by ICT marketers in this fast-paced industry.

Working with Government - A Practical Approach
AIIA’s Victorian Branch and Multimedia Victoria are pleased to announce the 2005 ‘Working with Government’ workshop series developed to assist ICT businesses gain a practical understanding of how Victorian Government procurement works and an insight into the key success factors for working with government.
The program consists of three half-day (morning) workshops to be held on the 27 October and the 10 and 24 November. These interactive sessions will cover:
• understanding the government market and doing your homework,
• responding to the opportunity and maximising tender process outcomes, and
• negotiating, contracting and relationship management with government.
Each workshop will feature presentations from expert government and business speakers who will share their experience and knowledge of the government market. Ample time will also be allowed for participants to interact with the expert speakers.
